Eddie Raynerの2ndソロ・アルバム。
Produced and Arranged by Eddie Raynerとあるとおり、エディとしては、実はピアノやキーボードよりもプロデューサー、アレンジャーとしての仕事の方が好きらしい。このアルバムでは、そんなエディが好きなNZアーティストの作品を魅力的に仕立て上げている（管理人としては、Bursting Throughのボーカルは、やはりBic本人がいいと思うけど）。
ボーカルで参加しているAlastair Riddellは、エディがエンズに加入する前のバンド、Space Waltzでの盟友（エンズへの参加を誘われながら断っている）。Annie Crummerは、同じくエディのプロジェクトだったEnzsoにも参加。最近では02年のWhen the Cat's Away（Annieと、バック・ボーカルで本作参加のDebbie Harwoodらの女性グループ）のツアーに、エディとノエルが参加している。Maurice Greer (Human Instinct)とChris Melville (Grand Central Band - Cook Street Sessions)は、それぞれエディがプロデュースを手がけているそう。ドラムのMichael Barkerは、The MakersのHokey Pokey、ニールのTry Whistling This（アルバムとツアー）やSessions at West 54th DVDにも参加。
Edible Flowersは99年10月（最後の？）エンズ・レコーディング・セッションでのコラボレーション作品だが、Neil Finn & Friends - 7 Worlds Collideにライブ・バージョンが収録されている。
